The NPC and IFBB Wellness division has specific requirements for your posing suit — a higher coverage bottom with a V-cut that flatters the fuller, more muscular lower body that this division rewards. Practicing in the right style suit from the start helps you nail your poses and feel confident before competition day.

Our wellness practice suits are made from high quality 4-way stretch fabric that moves with your body during quarter turns and mandatory poses. The V-cut high rise bottom is cut specifically for the Wellness division, giving you an accurate feel for your stage presentation every time you train. Each suit comes with a sliding triangle top with removable push up pads and rhinestone connectors.
