We are strict when it comes to returns and refunds due to hygienic reasons and to the fact that we custom make every order to size. We can not offer refunds on any items. However, we always try to ensure customer satisfaction.
We do offer a store credit if the order is cancelled before it is made.
We do offer a one time alteration on every item we make if there is a sizing issue, even if You loose size weeks after You received Your order.
We Offer exchange, if for any reason You do not like the bikini. Please see details below.
We do not accept returns if:
- You washed, used or wore the item.
- You damaged the item.

We offer exchange to the same model, different size.
We offer exchange to a different model. Please note, if the price of Your second bikini is lower than the original value, we will not refund the difference. Please choose a bikini with similar value.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
