We can not offer refunds on any of our bikinis due to hygienic reasons and to the fact that we custom make every order.
However, we always try to ensure customer satisfaction.
We do offer a store credit if the order is cancelled before it is made.
Please be careful when choosing the size of your bikini. For size guide, please see our sizing menu. If you have more than 2-3 weeks until your competition, it is normal if your bikini bottoms don’t fit. Please do not panic. All our bikini bottoms are easy to adjust up or down if needed. It takes a few minutes and minimum sewing skills to make them smaller or bigger. However, If you still have a problem with your bikini size, do not worry. We offer a one time alteration or exchange (whichever is appropriate).
We do not accept returns if:
- You washed, used or wore the item.
- You damaged the item.
We only offer a one time exchange to the same model and color if alteration is not possible.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t take responsibility for lost in the mail returned items.
